Comprehensive Loyalty and Rewards Program Guidelines
1. Value of the Coin
• Conversion Rate: every $1 spent equals 5 coins.
• Redemption Value: 500 points = $1 in store credit.
• Coupons: only one coupon can be added per purchase.

2. Establish Earning Criteria
• Bonus Points:
– Referring friends: 12,000 coins (4 coupons $10 each) if the referred place an order.
– Engaging on social media: 1,200 coins (one time reward).
– Anniversary reward: 15,000 coins (5 coupons $10 each [Client must place 42 orders since account creation to be eligible]).
– Milestone reward: 1,500 coins every 25th order.
– Review reward: 900 coins (one time reward).
3. Points Expiry Policy
• Expiration Dates: set points to expire 12 months after they are earned.
• Notifications: Implement a system to notify customers when their points are about to expire.
4. Redemption Process
• Redemption Options: customers can redeem their points for: discounts, free items, store credit).
• Redemption Thresholds: minimum thresholds for redemption. Customers must have at least 500 points to redeem for a $5 discount.
